The Pan Celtic Race is owned by Pan Celtic Race Ltd. The registered business address is: 19 St. Davids Road, Llandudno, LL30 2UL, United Kingdom.

Before the Pan Celtic Race begins, a Rider Agreement will be provided to each entrant. This must be signed and completed by the entrant to enable them to take part in the event. By continuing with this race entry, you acknowledge that you are happy to receive the Rider Agreement and will sign and return it, before the race begins.

Any entrant found not to adhere to any rules, guidance or notice issued by the Organisers may be disqualified and will not receive a finishing position.

Non-Refundable unless you transfer to the standard Pan Celtic Race (The Ultra). If you wish to do so, you will have to pay an additional £365.00 to enter the standard event and possibly ferry charges exiting the Isle of Man

50% refund (£232.50) for both Full or Short routes.

BETWEEN 1st–29th FEBRUARY 2024
30% refund (£139.50) for both Full or Short routes.

1st MARCH 2024 ONWARDS
No refund or transfer can be made for both Full or Short routes.

Any non-returned trackers must be replaced. Like for like, within 30 days.

Customers who have entered the race will receive further Event Information via email. It is the responsibility of entrants to read these emails and keep their email contact details up to date. Please make sure to check SPAM folders if you think you've missed anything.
